Most of the world's development funding still flows through the logframe, yet the teams who need it most — small and mid-sized NGOs without an in-house monitoring and evaluation specialist — are often left to fill in a blank grid with no guidance. LFA Studio exists to close that gap. We pair a structured, guided workflow with an AI methodology coach that teaches the approach as you build, so a two-person organization can produce a framework as rigorous as a large institutional grantee.
What we build
LFA Studio is an AI-powered Logical Framework design tool. It guides teams through the full approach — stakeholder analysis, problem and objective trees, strategy selection, and the logframe matrix — with a visual canvas, a structured matrix editor, SMARTI indicator checking, real-time collaboration, and one-click export to funder-ready PDF and Word documents. The AI coaches methodology rather than writing content for you: it checks your logic, tests your indicators, and prompts for the assumptions you might have missed.
